This may sound strange, but this is my first attempt at blogging. Well, okay, not quite the first time, but this is my first legitamate attempt at creating and maintaining some forum for expressing my thoughts, works and experiences. I am excited to embark on this journey and look forward to publishing interesting observations of many kinds.

The following are some examples of ways that I have been keeping busy and some strange events that are going on around me. I have just moved to Seattle, where I am really enjoying the people, the air, and dare I say, the weather.

This is a sketchup model of the interior of the house I am living in Seattle. It is an English Tudor house over 100 years old and is approximately 1400 sq./ft. I built a Sketchup model that is built to the scale of the house and my furniture. Moving is a lot of work, so I made this model to save my girlfriend and I some energy through previewing different furniture scenarios before expending the efforts to physically move them ourselves. Be it laziness, or ingenuity, I am not sure. I will let you decide.
